Scott Boni, saxophonist, is an active performer in the Pittsburgh jazz scene. While he can be found performing most often at Con Alma, other regular performance venues include Alphabet City at City of Asylum, Greer Cabaret Theater, and Golden Age Beer. Scott earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Berklee College of Music (Boston) and a Master of Music from Longy School of Music (Cambridge, MA).

Scott believes that writing is an important part of the jazz tradition and his performance for Oh! Jazz will feature his original compositions, some of which are part of an upcoming project titled Sounds of Pittsburgh. His greatest musical influences include John Coltrane, Ahmad Jamal, and Wayne Shorter.
