After the original doors closed, founder Michael Tortoni launched The JazzLab in Brunswick to keep live jazz thriving. Now, he’s reviving Bennetts Lane right alongside it, creating a side-by-side home where that iconic heritage, room acoustics, and late-night intimacy can live on together.
